Opening with a live set by Tunisian electronic musician Deena Abdelwahed and her unique synthesis of footwork rhythms, traditional Arabic musics and pulsating techno, as well as controlled blasts of furious noise and jagged club constructions by Berlin-based producer Ziúr, the collective round out the night with high-octane dance floor workouts courtesy of Brooklyn underground heroes Volvox and UMFANG.

Taking the helm for the Saturday club night is Nina Kraviz. Dissolving all manner of genres – his productions bare traces of hip-hop, future garage, dubstep, R&B and footwork – Visionist crafts a futuristic, almost alien form of electronic music that sounds at once highly fabricated and intensely human. He’s joined by Portuguese visual artist Pedro Maia for a mesmerizing live a/v performanced that’s at once original, disturbing and surreally beautiful.
Saturday, Paard II at 02:30
The musical alias of rising Glasgow-based electronic musician Calum MacRae, Lanark Artefax channels the hallmarks of classic 90s IDM deep into the realms of contemporary club music. At Rewire 2018, he presents the Dutch premiere of his new live a/v show.
