Jamie Stewart and his experimental outfit offer yet another glimpse of their upcoming release ‘Girl With a Basket of Fruit’.

Charged with piercing rhythms, organic textures and the band’s characteristic blend of speech and eerie sounds, “Pumpkin Attack on Mommy and Daddy” launches the listener straight into the uncompromising, unnerving spheres Xiu Xiu has built/inhabited for over fifteen years. Set to be released on 8 February, the highly-anticipated new album promises to be another highlight of the band’s ever-evolving, shape-shiftingmusical experiments.
