Returning for his third Mute release in less than a year, Australian noise composer Ben Frost unveils a haunting new video for ‘All That You Love Will Be Eviscerated’.
Ben Frost has been unstoppable as of late. In the past year alone, he’s recorded and released a celebrated full-length album with Steve Albini, put out a pair of EPs and composed the critically-acclaimed score to German Netflix hit, ‘Dark’. Returning to newfound home Mute at the tail end of March, the Iceland-based composer has unveiled previous album standout ‘All That You Love Will Be Eviscerated’ as yet another EP release, alongside contributions and remixes from Albini and Raster-Noton co-founder Carsten Nicolai aka Alva Noto. Teaming up with frequent collaborators Richard Mosse and Trevor Tweeten – of the acclaimed, pinkly-saturated warzone series – Ben Frost shares a haunting new video that drives forth his philosophical anchor, the pursuit of Theseus’ paradox.
Watch the captivating visuals below and catch Ben Frost live at the first edition of Sonic Fiction – our new collaboration with Norient at Schauspielhaus Zürich – on Saturday, 21 April.
