Voor de elfde editie van Rewire festival, dat plaatsvindt van 7-10 april 2022, zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste marketing & communicatie stagiair(e) voor de periode januari 2022 t/m juni 2022 (minimaal 24 uur per week).
Als stagiair(e) draai je als een volwaardig lid van de marketing- & communicatieafdeling mee in de promotiecampagne rondom het festival en de andere activiteiten van de organisatie. Je assisteert de manager van de afdeling en krijgt een grote rol in de werving van publiciteit voor het festival. De functie bestaat uit een breed takenpakket.
Werkzaamheden zijn o.a.
→ Promotie van specifieke programmaonderdelen
→ Genereren van free publicity
→ Coördinatie van het ambassadeursteam
→ Het up-to-date houden van het website CMS
→ Het verzamelen van tekst, beeld en links
→ Het onderhouden van social media en creëren van content hiervoor
→ Nieuwsbrieven en mailings opmaken
→ Meedenken over diverse marketinguitingen- en acties
→ Notuleren van vergaderingen
→ Beheer van gastenlijst, perslijst en persbalie tijdens het festival
→ Bijhouden van persmap en archief
Vereisten
→ Relevante HBO-opleiding
→ Minimaal 24 uur per week
→ Sterke affiniteit met hedendaagse muziek en aanverwante disciplines
→ Proactief, communicatief vaardig, flexibel, zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en kan goed prioriteiten stellen
→ Sterke affiniteit met social media
→ Ervaring met Photoshop, Illustrator en/of InDesign is een pré
→ Beschikbaar vanaf januari 2022 t/m juni 2022 (afwijkende periode in overleg)

For the eleventh edition of Rewire festival, which will take place from 7 to 10 April 2022, we are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing & Communication intern for the period Januari 2022 to June 2022 (at least 24 hours a week).
As a trainee, you will participate as a full member of the Marketing & Communication department in the promotion campaign around the festival and the other activities of the organization. You assist the manager of the department and you play a major role in recruiting publicity for the festival. The position consists of a broad range of duties.
Activities
→ Promotion of specific program components
→ Generating free publicity
→ Coordination of the ambassador team
→ Keeping the website CMS up-to-date
→ Collecting artist texts, images, and links
→ Creating content for and posting on social media
→ Monitoring interaction on social media
→ Preparing newsletters
→ Take minutes of meetings
→ Management of guest list, press list, and press counter during the festival
→ Collecting all festival press for our archive
Requirements
→ Relevant HBO education
→ At least 24 hours a week
→ Strong affinity with contemporary music and related disciplines
→ Proactive, skilled in communication, flexible, independent, accurate and able to set priorities
→ Strong affinity with social media
→ Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator and/or InDesign is an advantage
→ Available from December 2022 to June 2022 (different period in consultation)
