Travel

Trains

Trains run throughout the day to Den Haag Central Station and/or Den Haag Holland Spoor. After midnight, trains will only run every hour from Den Haag HS. To check the actual arrival and/or departure schedule, please visit the NS-website.

If you travel via Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, the train station is situated directly below the airport. To travel with NS (the Dutch Railways) you can either buy a single-use chipcard or an OV-chipkaart at the ticket machine (note: the OV-chipkaart – roughly translated as the ‘public transport chip-card’ – can also be used to travel with public transport in The Hague). In addition, it has recently become possible to travel on public transport with your debit card, credit card or mobile phone. To check if this is possible for you, visit OVPay.

Car

Please note that the city centre of The Hague is pedestrian-friendly and therefore car traffic is restricted in the city centre. In addition, parking is not cheap. From ecological grounds, and for your convenience, we advise our visitors to use the extensive and well-functioning public transport network. Above all, cycling is the fastest way to get around between all our festival venues.
