Rewire nominated for 'Festival of the Year' and 'Programmer of the Year' at IJzeren Podiumdieren

19 Dec 2023

The IJzeren Podiumdieren are awarded annually by the Vereniging Nederlandse Poppodia en Festivals (VNPF). This year, Rewire has been nominated for the professional award 'Festival of the Year', alongside festivals such as Grauzone, Jera on Air and Left of the Dial.

In addition, Rewire's artistic and general director Bronne Keesmaat has been nominated in the 'Programmer of the Year' category. VNPF members could nominate candidates for the seven categories. Members could then vote on the list of candidates. Through this voting round, a top four of nominees was compiled for each category.

The IJzeren Podiumdieren are peer-to-peer awards, awarded annually since 1997 by the VNPF in the categories director of the year, stage of the year, programmer of the year, festival of the year and marketer of the year.

On Saturday 20 January 2024, the winners will be announced in Groningen during Eurosonic Noorderslag. View all nominees via the VNPF.
