Four months on from the 15th anniversary edition of Rewire, the energy of those four days still reverberates across The Hague. The festival may be behind us, but the impressions it left behind continue to surface in unexpected ways. We’re glad to share a glimpse of Rewire 2026 through a short documentary filmed across the festival, offering a closer look at some of the moments and encounters that shaped this year’s edition.

The film features reflections and insights from artists including Beverly Glenn-Copeland, Raül Refree, Mayssa Jallad, Antony Hamilton (Chunky Move), Tianzhuo Chen (Asian Dope Boys), Beatrice Dillon, KMRU, and Ash Fure, alongside footage from across the festival’s four days of bold and inspiring performances, installations, and conversations.

Directed and captured by Mind the Film, the documentary brings these voices and moments together, moving between performances, encounters, and the spaces that hosted them. The film features music by Caterina Barbieri & Bendik Giske, of whom the former performed on the festival’s opening night.

Already looking ahead? The 16th edition of Rewire takes place 8-11 April 2027, and limited 3-Day and 4-Day Passes are currently available. A number of 3-Day and 4-Day Passes at a reduced student rate are also still available via rewirefestival.nl/tickets.
