The Brussels-based MC,DJ and producer shares the first track of her new Editions Gravats 12″ ‘Meiga de Acero’.

Armed with an encyclopedic appreciation of reggaeton, Clara! channels her love of the imported dembow rhythms of her youth into the electrifying Reggaetoneras mixtapes – comprised entirely of female reggaeton MCs from the 90s to today. Recently stepping out from behind the decks, the Spanish-born but Brussels-based MC, DJ and producer made her vocal and recording debut alongside recording partner Maoupa Mazzocchetti with last summer’s ‘Meneo’. Now backed up by Low Jack, she returns with another infectious and twisted take on reggaeton that explores the genre as “modern Hispanic punk music.”
