Fiium Shaarrk
Newly signed to London label, On The Corner Records Fiium Shaarrk have given us a exclusive taster of their new material with the track Bogan Sunrise. Fiium Shaark is a ‘three-headed’ sound hydra; granite pillars of sonic talent rise through the trio founding a lintel for the future. Their dimension of sound is cast from the drums of Rudi Fischerlehner, electronics of Isambard Khroustaliov and percussion of Maurizio Ravalico. Watch out for some special vinyl E.P. treats in the coming months and their performance here at Rewire of course.

Bogan Sunrise
The logical heir to a ‘Pan Galactic Gargle Blaster’, a ‘Bogan Sunrise’ is a 21st century update to the now familiar protocol of “having your brains smashed in by a slice of lemon wrapped round a large gold brick”. The update offers, amongst other things a complete rewiring of the users audio cognition engine. From here on in, those partaking in a ‘Bogan Sunrise’ will experience the phenomena of ‘funk’, ’swing’ and ’tonality’ calibrated to more malleable human / computational paradigms than were previously deemed possible. Users have spoken of experianceing an ‘event horizon’ where the digital and the organic fuse into a multiverse whose conjunction with our current reality is at best prototypical. If these accounts are to be believed there is clearly more to our sonic universe than the numerous ‘Newspeak’ impresarios would have you settle for. ‘Bogan Sunrise’ is undoubtedly one of the the cocktails needed to get you there.
