Eli Keszler follows up his incredibly ‘Stadium’ with abrand new EP called Empire on 14 February.

Renowned for his intensely rhythmic and propulsive solo drumming, Keszler returns to Shelter Press in the run-up to Rewire 2019 with a new, digital release. Recorded between in the fall of2018, this three-track EP is about finding stillness, tranquillity and beauty in a dystopian landscape. Expanding on concepts explored on ‘Stadium’, the EP is inspired by cityscapes, architecture and, as Eli himself notes, “the illusion of order during declines.” Listen to “Enter the Bristle Strum” below and catch Eli Keszler live at Rewire 2019 on Saturday, 30 March as part of our Dag in de Branding collaboration.
