Rewire Festival 2015will take place onFriday 1st and Saturday 2nd of May. The festival has moved its dates from November to spring.

We are very pleased and honored to announce that the legendary Godspeed You! Black Emperor are coming to Rewire 2015. The Canadian band will perform a two hour headline slot accompanied by visuals of Karl Lemieux on Friday May 1.

Ahead of our first full line-up announcement in February we can also confirm that Grouper will perform her only show in The Netherlands at Rewire 2015 on May 1.

Godspeed You! Black Emperor (CA)
Godspeed You! Black Emperor is a multidisciplinary collective from Montréal, Canada. The group, originally formed in 1994, has been highly influential within the post-rock genre. Working with orchestrated arrangements, the nine-piece group create tracks with wide dynamic ranges, a highly evocative use of instrumentation and sounds and uncompromising long form compositions.

Grouper (US)
Grouper is a recording and performing project by Liz Harris. She lives and works in Astoria, OR. Following the release of latest album ‘Ruins’ on Kranky, she presents a new set of songs, ambient sound and field recordings with original films by Paul Clipson.
