In Transit is a sound walk created for the context of Rewire festival. As visitors move along the festival’s pathways from one event to the next, they often feel a sense of urgency. This project invites participants to let go of the rush and linger in the in‑between moment, turning the state of transit into a grounded and soothing experience. We encourage listeners to stay present and notice the sounds weaving one space into another, highlighting the subtle sonic traces and events that connect each venue.

The starting point for the sound walk is at the entrances of Amare, The Grey Space in the Middle, West Den Haag, and Quartair, where one can find a poster with a QR-code to activate the sound walk, or one can click on this link to access the walk: https://explore.echoes.xyz/collections/A2bsQD7d7XwYWiYG 

Participants will need to download the ECHOES-App and will need to bring their own headphones for the walk.
