Mark Fell is a multidisciplinary artist, composer, and theorist whose electronic music and sound art explores the limits of structure, rhythm, and perception; a vital force in the contemporary global landscape of experimental music, cellist and composer Okkyung Lee is widely regarded for her solo and collaborative improvisations and compositions. Fell came out of Sheffield’s electronic underground, where his collaborations with Mat Steel as SND and his solo work alike gifted intricate techno experiments to the UK canon of the 90s. Lee returns to Rewire festival after a performance with Yeo-Neun Quartet in 2023. Her latest album Signals (2026) follows her 2025 minimalist and ambient album just like any other day (어느날): background music for your mundane activities (2025). The duo present a special live collaboration at Rewire 2026.
