Laurel Halo has been on a role as of late. Over the course of the past year and change, the enigmatic Berlin-based electronic musician has unveiled a trio of critically-acclaimed, genre-bending releases, starting with the synthetic jazz of Dust through the mysterious ambient environments of Raw Silk Uncut Wood and onto the melodic techno of her collaborative EP with Hodge. The latter, coupled with her recent Rinse FM residency and a lauded Boiler Room set form the foundation of her latest Rewire outing. Setting up shop behind the decks, Laurel Halo takes us on a scintillating tour of sound with her wide-ranging DJ set.
