Get ready for Rewire Festival 2015 on May 1 & 2. Here you can find more information about the festival. Including a festival map, timetable, how to get there and info about registration and local restaurants. Rewire is an annual international festival for adventurous music. The festival presents a broad programme with a focus on contemporary electronic music, neo-classical, new jazz, experimental pop, sound art and multidisciplinary collaborations. The programme consists of special concerts, multidisciplinary performances, screenings, talks and workshops.

On saturday May 2nd we offer a free day programme. Thefree day programme takes place at Korzo, Idazaal and the Old Catholic Church. This year we invite you to join one of our workshops. Ableton Live + Push (beginners and advanced) and Voice Manipulation in SuperCollider. Alongside concerts from Mbongwana Star, Dandana, FilosofischeStilte and Chris Corsano & Mette Rasmussen, there are Ableton and SuperCollider workshops, and artist talks hoted by The Wire.

TICKET DESKIf you bought a ticket, you can change your e-ticket for a Rewire Festival wristband at the Idazaal (across Korzo), address: Prinsestraat 37. The wristband will grant you access to all the festival venues. Ticket desk opening hours: Friday 18:00 – 00:00 / Saturday 13:00 – 00:00.The Korzo ticket desk will be open until 03:00. Tickets for Godspeed You! Black Emperor (Paard van Troje) and Fauna (Hoop) can be exchanged at the concert location.

Below the preliminary timetable for Rewire 2015 is pictured. Check rewirefestival.nl for updates on the timetable. At the festival, booklets with a timetable inside will be handed out.

HOW TO GET THERE
Trains run through the day to Den Haag Central Station or Den Haag Holland Spoor. On Friday and Saturday after midnight trains will run every hour from Den Haag HS to Amsterdam, Utrecht, Leiden, Schiphol, Delft, Rotterdam, Dordrecht, Breda, Tilburg, Eindhoven and ’s Hertogenbosch. Check www.ns.nl. You can take tram 17 to the festival from Den Haag Central Station and Den Haag HS. With tram 17, Get out at stop Gravenstraat, Walk further from there, the street to your right before the post office is the Prinsestraat, the street where the festival’s main location Korzo Theatre is located. You could alsotake a 20-minute walk from one of the train stations.

HOTEL PACKAGES
If you purchased a Hotel Package for Rewire Festival 2015, it will include a hotel room for double use and two festival tickets. This e-ticket has to be exchanged for a wristband at the Rewire ticket desk at Prinsestraat 37. Please ensure you have your ID and your e-ticket to hand. During Rewire Festival, you will stay in the new Suite Novotel, located at Grote Marktstraat 46. Your package deal includes your festival wristband, your overnight stay, breakfast and a late checkout. Your name is already registered with the hotel reception; and you can check in from 13:00 hours. Please note that City Tax (€3,80) is not included in the package price. You can pay the tax at the reception.
